Terms

Hi, I’m the founder. I’m a student who built MatchPoint for real badminton teams, and I want these terms to be easy to read. If something here is unclear, ask me through Support.

Kids on your roster

Most players in MatchPoint are under 18. If you are an academy or school, you are the one collecting their info. You promise you have a parent or guardian’s permission (or your school’s permission) to put each child in MatchPoint, and you only add what you need to run the team. Kids should not make their own accounts. Accounts are for coaches, staff and parents who are adults.

MatchPoint is badminton software for a high school team or a club. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What you can use

• Free: one high school team. Roster, rankings, lineups, scoring, and exports. No checkout.
• Pro: $9 a month. It adds a monthly AI allowance to the free team tools.
• Schools: $149 for one athletic season, 5 coach seats. An extra seat is $19 for the season. This is one payment, not a monthly subscription.
• Clubs: $99 a month for one location, each additional location is $49 a month. Staff access for up to 500 accounts and 500 shared AI requests per month are included. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing and seat limits. Clubs is the coaching record: groups, attendance, evaluations, and player progress. Court booking, membership billing, and tournament brackets are not included.

Payment

Stripe charges the amount shown on the billing page before you pay. You can cancel a monthly plan from Manage subscription. A school season payment covers that season and is not a recurring charge.

Your data

You may enter player information only if you have the right to do so. Many players are minors. The public demo is sample data and is not your team.

The service

MatchPoint can suspend an account that abuses the service or tries to access another team’s data. These terms cover use of this website.
