What does MatchPoint do for my club?
It brings your classes, coaches, attendance, and player progress into one workspace. You can review sign-ups, see which classes have space, and keep each player’s notes and history together.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. The academy demo uses fictional players and classes. Try the workspace without an account, then create your own academy when you are ready.
How do we get started?
Set up your academy and locations, add your own classes and weekly times, then import players from CSV or add them individually. Invite coaches to the classes they work with. Coach and court assignments are optional.
Can we keep our booking system?
Yes. Reservations, memberships, and payments stay where they are. Use MatchPoint for classes, attendance, player reviews, and coach assignments.
Can we start with one location?
Yes. One location costs $99 a month and includes access for up to 500 staff. Add more locations when you need them.
How are locations priced?
The first location is $99 a month. Each additional location is $49: two locations are $148 and three are $197. Access for up to 500 staff and 500 shared AI requests per month are included. There is no extra charge for each coach.
Does it include bookings and tournaments?
Court booking, membership billing, and tournament brackets are not included. Those stay in the system you already run.
